Our client, a well-established independent Mercedes-Benz specialist based in Ashford, Kent, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.

With a reputation for excellence and a diverse vehicle portfolio—including classic Mercedes, American muscle cars, AC Cobras, Hummers, and more—this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.

What’s in it for you?
  • Basic Salary: £40,000
  • On Target Earnings: £42,000 – £44,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 16:30

What are we looking for?
  • Ideally, you’ll have Mercedes-Benz factory training or substantial Mercedes-Benz dealership experience
  • Alternatively, experienced independent Mercedes-Benz technicians with a passion for high-quality workmanship
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in your craft
  • Comfortable working on everything from routine servicing to complex mechanical work on rare and historic models
  • Long-term Mercedes experience (30+ years) is especially encouraged—your expertise will be valued
Additional skills such as working on American muscle cars, classic restorations, or familiarity with specialised diagnostics would be advantageous but are not essential.
