Master Technician – Bury St Edmunds

Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 + Strong Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday (No Weekends!)

We’re excited to be recruiting on behalf of a family-run main dealer with a fantastic reputation in the Bury St Edmunds area. Due to continued growth and internal promotions, they are now looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their successful team.

Regular Duties of this Master Technician role:
  • Carry out diagnostics, complex repairs, and technical work to the highest standard
  • Support and mentor junior technicians, sharing your expertise
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer and industry guidelines
  • Play a key repsonsibility in maintaining the dealer’s outstanding reputation for quality and customer service
Requirements of this Master Technician position:
  • Qualified to Master Technician (or equivalent senior level)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • A team player who can also take the lead when needed
  • Committed to delivering high standards and continuous professional development
