Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with professionalism.
- Inspect damaged vehicles to provide accurate repair estimates.
- Prepare and present repair quotes to customers, explaining the costs and necessary work.
- Liaise with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure smooth processing.
- Coordinate with workshop productives and parts suppliers to ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, estimates, and customer interactions.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products to customers.
To be eligible, you will need a UK driving licence with minimal points and have some experience in a customer-facing role. Any experience working in a bodyshop or similar automotive repair environment would be highly advantageous; however is not essential. Specific experience in vehicle SMART repairs or vehicle damage assessment would be the icing on the cake, but is also not essential. Overall, you must have excellent communication and written skills, be self-motivated and pro-active, maintaining high levels of focus and enthusiasm, be able to work independently and make decisions, as well as working and communicating effectively as part of a team, have excellent English, both written and spoken, to communicate well via email and phone, and always be working to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction.
