A respected family-run garage in Poole is looking for an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join its growing team.

About the Role
The Diagnostic Technician will take responsibility for fault-finding and complex repairs across a wide range of vehicle makes and models. Using advanced diagnostic equipment and technical expertise, they will ensure every job is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using up-to-date diagnostic tools
- Carry out repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards
- Support and mentor junior technicians where required
- Stay current with evolving vehicle technologies through ongoing training
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Qualified Vehicle or Diagnostic Technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of modern vehicle diagnostic systems
- Confident working independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Keen to develop skills through continuous training and development
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering quality workmanship
- Competitive salary, dependent on experience up to £45,000

- Monday–Friday working hours (no weekend work) 8:30AM - 5:30PM with 1 Hour lunch
