- Location: Manchester
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm, plus 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
- Salary: Basic up to £54,600 (hourly paid) | OTE up to £58,800

Key Responsibilities for MET Technician:
- Remove damaged parts to allow repair work to take place.
- Store and handle displaced parts safely for refitting.
- Identify and report any additional damage or required parts to the Vehicle Damage Assessor.
- Check all ordered parts for accuracy to ensure smooth workflow through the repair process.
- Refit vehicles post-repair with precision, ensuring quality and manufacturer-standard panel alignment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and attend relevant training.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to a high standard.
- Proven experience as an MET Technician, Vehicle Technician, or Mechanic.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- ATA accreditation advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Full UK driving licence required.
