- Competitive salary up to £50,000, dependent on experience

As an Estimator / VDA, you will assess vehicle damages after accidents, determine repair feasibility, and estimate costs to ensure accurate, efficient repairs. Your expertise will enable you to prepare insurance documentation, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor repair processes to uphold high standards of quality.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities as an Estimator / VDA:
- Evaluate damage to structural, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior components
- Create accurate cost estimates for parts and labour using industry-standard systems
- Complete insurance repair estimates and documentation
- Negotiate with material suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing
- Oversee repair progress, ensuring timely and quality workmanship
- Previous experience as an Estimator / VDA in an accident repair environment
- Proficiency in Audatex (training available if needed)
- Knowledge of Autoflow system is a plus
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to keep up to date with latest vehicle technology and repair methods
- Experience supporting multiple sites or in a group setting
- ATA or NVQ qualifications in vehicle repair or estimating
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts
- Automotive industry certifications or ATA qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory
