- Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (higher for the right Sales Administrator)

This position is based within a centralised administration hub that supports multiple dealership sites. The position is varied, covering both retail and B2B sales administration, and would suit someone who thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all paperwork and documentation for new and used vehicle sales
- Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage and update internal data systems and records
- Process warranties, insurance documentation, and related paperwork
- Provide administrative support to the sales team across multiple sites
- Ensure all documentation complies with company and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator within the automotive sector preferred
- Experience with dealer management systems (e.g. Kerridge) advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident managing data
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
