- Acting as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions both face-to-face and over the phone
- Guiding customers through service and sales processes to ensure a seamless experience
- Building strong rapport with clients to understand and meet their needs, upselling where appropriate
- Completing outbound reports and follow-up calls after vehicle inspections
- Receiving inbound inquiries, accurately recording details, and preparing repair estimates
- Creating customer bookings and managing appointments efficiently
- Ensuring the front-of-house area remains professional, welcoming, and well-organised
- Providing excellent customer service to gather feedback and enhance satisfaction
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within automotive or sales environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Proactive and determined, with a problem-solving approach
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to effectively close sales and handle objections
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous, but training will be provided
- Willingness to commit to 6 weekly off-site training sessions, including one overnight stay, to develop front of house skills
