Are you an experienced Master Technician seeking a new opportunity in Colchester, Essex? Our client is currently looking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Master Technician to join their busy automotive service team.

This is an excellent chance to step into a reputable dealership environment that values quality workmanship and professional development!

  • Competitive basic salary starting from £45,000 per year
  • OTE potential of up to £48,000 with bonuses and incentives
  • Working Monday to Friday, 44.5 hours per week
  • No weekend work, allowing for a healthy work-life balance
  • Standard working hours from 8am to 5.30pm, with Fridays finishing at 5pm
  • 30-minute lunch break included
Duties of the Master Technician role:
  • Carry out highly complex diagnostics and repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Ensure vehicle repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols
  • Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques
Candidate requirements for the Master Technician role:
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician within a franchised dealership or workshop
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant qualifications, such as IMI Level 3 or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
