  • Pay: £32,000 - £36,000 Depending on experience + Time Saved Bonus + Overtime
  • Hours: 8 - 5.30pm + breaks Monday - Friday only 
Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a new opportunity with a reputable dealership in Aldershot? Our client a Franchised Car Dealer is looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This is an excellent chance to work in a well-established environment that values efficiency, expertise, and dedication.

Benefits of the Vehicle Technician role include:
  • Competitive basic salary up to £36,000 depending on experience
  • Time saved efficiency bonus of up to £6,000 per year (uncapped)
  • Opportunity to earn bonuses for high workshop efficiency
  • Overtime paid at time and a half
  • No weekend work, with bank holidays off
  • 40-hour work week from 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Duties of the Vehicle Technician will include:
  • Performing diagnostics, repairs and servicing on a wide range of vehicles
  • Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards
  • Maintaining high levels of productivity and workshop efficiency
  • Accurately diagnosing faults and performing necessary repairs
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations within the workshop
Candidate requirements for the Vehicle Technician role:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or similar environment
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently and to high standards
  • Full driving licence
  • Motivated to maximise earnings through efficiency bonuses
