- Proven experience as an HGV Technician or similar role within the commercial vehicle industry
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repairs
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage workload
- Hold relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools are preferred but not essential
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality standards
