  • Well established Independent Car Dealership
  • Basic Salary up to £40k
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm,  no weekends!

  A well-established independent Car Dealership in Plymouth is looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to join their team.

This role will involve performing diagnostic work, repairs, servicing, and MOT testing on a range of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, a good eye for detail, and a dedication to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
  • Perform general servicing, maintenance, and repair work
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical issues
  • Complete relevant documentation and maintain records of work
  • Ensure health and safety standards are followed
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair with at least 3 years experience
  • Valid MOT Licence (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets
