- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30

They operate within a modern, purpose-built workshop & service department with a fantastic service and workshops team. Based in their Portsmouth dealership, this role will involve providing support to our busy service department, including processing warranty claims and invoices, managing schedules, and occasionally liaising with customers.
This is a fantastic position for applicants who are looking to move into a customer facing role within the automotive dealership sector.

- Perform warranty administration tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct customer follow-up calls to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
- Manage customer check-in and pre-calls, ensuring efficient and smooth processes.
- Prepare job cards and ensure all necessary information is recorded accurately.
- Utilize the Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS) effectively.
- Submitting and managing warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Working with internal systems, technical updates, and warranty procedures
- Processing service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Communicating with technicians to monitor job progress and meet warranty requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with audit standards
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
