  • Hours: 42 hours Monday - Friday only! 
Exciting opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable franchised dealership in Camberley. Our client is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician who can deliver high
quality work and support their established team. This is an excellent chance for a passionate professional to work within a well-organised workshop environment, with clear prospects for bonus earning and career development.

  • Competitive basic salary of £33,000 per year
  • OTE (Oriented To Earnings) of up to £40,000 with performance bonuses
  • Monday to Friday working week, 42 hours per week

Duties of the Vehicle Technician include:
  • Servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Conducting diagnostics and fault rectification
  • Carrying out MOT testing (desirable but not essential)
  • Performing pre-delivery inspections and vehicle health checks
  • Assisting with hybrid and electric vehicle system repairs
  • Completing workshop paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting the team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Candidate criteria for the Vehicle Technician role:
  • Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair (Level 2 considered with relevant dealership experience)
  • Significant workshop experience, preferably within a franchised dealership
  • Experience performing diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on modern vehicles
  • MOT tester qualification is a plus but not essential
  • Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle systems, or willingness to undertake training
  • Good team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure
