- Keeping accurate documentation of work completed
- Liaising with colleagues and customers to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in a fast-paced automotive workshop, ideally within a prestige brand environment
- MOT Tester accreditation is preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Master Technician or Level 3 qualified technician highly desirable
- Strong diagnostic skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
