As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role within the Retail Centre, supporting both internal and external customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the parts department while delivering outstanding service at every opportunity.

- Advising customers on parts availability, providing accurate and timely information
- Receiving, logging, and correctly allocating parts and consumables from suppliers
- Delivering excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone
- Recommending suitable parts to meet customer and vehicle requirements
- Maintaining accurate customer and stock records on internal systems
- Previous motor trade experience
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
- A methodical and logical approach, even under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Confidence using IT systems, including web-based platforms, email, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A full UK driving licence
