Vehicle Technician – Derby
  • Basic: Circa £36,000 Flexible DOE
  • OTE: £60,000 uncapped
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop. You will carry out high-quality maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards, ensure vehicles are safe and reliable, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Performing maintenance and repairs to the highest standards
  • Inspecting vehicles for wear, damage, and required replacements
  • Providing expert advice to customers professionally and clearly
  • Working closely with the service reception team and workshop control
  • Supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and promoting teamwork
What we’re looking for:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and meet targets
  • Valid UK driving licence; MOT licence advantageous
