My client, an established Independent Automotive Accident Repair Centre based in Milton Keynes require an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out all paint spraying and refinishing work to a high standard
  • Preparing vehicles for paintwork (sanding, masking, priming, etc.)
  • Mixing and matching paint colours using manual and computerised systems
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace to ensure a high standard of work
  • Working efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
  • Adhering to all health & safety guidelines and workshop policies
  • Taking pride in achieving excellent customer satisfaction 
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Refinishing (or equivalent)
  • Ideally, ATA-accredited, although not essential
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a high-quality bodyshop
  • Ability to lead and support the paint department when required
  • Comfortable working to deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Own tools and a Full UK driving licence required
