About the duties of the Estimator VDA:
  • Accurately review and produce repair estimates using Audatex software
  • Assess vehicle damage and liaise with insurance companies and customers
  • Coordinate repair processes ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Prepare detailed estimates for vehicle body repairs and VDA reports
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams throughout the repair process
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry regulations
  • Contribute to achieving team and individual targets for service excellence
Requirements for the Estimator VDA:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator VDA within a bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of Audatex estimating software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills to liaise with customers, insurers, and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Automotive industry qualifications or relevant experience advantageous
