We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Panel Beater to join their team in Yeovil, Somerset. If you have a passion for precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality work, this could be the ideal role for you.

- Competitive basic salary up to £45,000, with an OTE of approximately £52,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Full-Time, 30-minute lunch)

- Repair or replace damaged bodywork panels on vehicles as per job instructions
- Dismantle and repair vehicles by fixing or replacing panels, chassis, or framework
- Operate all equipment including jigs, fixtures, and welding tools in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Follow manufacturer literature and update techniques through applicable training courses
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care, maintaining customer satisfaction at all times
- Keep tools, equipment, and the work environment safe, clean, and organised
- Adhere to health and safety policies and company housekeeping procedures
- Experience as a Panel Beater
- ATA accreditation is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently when necessary
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
