Duties of the Paint Technician / Sprayer role:
  • Applying primer, base coat, and clear coat to vehicles to the highest industry standards
  • Preparing surfaces thoroughly to ensure flawless paint finishes
  • Maintaining and calibrating paint equipment to ensure ongoing high performance
  • Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols and environmental guidelines
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet project timelines and quality standards
  • Ensuring all work is completed to quality expectations and within set deadlines
Candidate requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician in an automotive bodyshop setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work
  • Efficient organiser with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills
  • Full driving licence preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of the latest painting techniques and protocols
