Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their prestigious dealership in Ellesmere Port. Duties of the Senior Service Advisor position:
  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide expert advice on vehicle servicing, repairs, and product options
  • Liaise with workshop teams to ensure vehicle status updates are communicated effectively
  • Manage customer expectations to deliver a high level of satisfaction
  • Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle histories
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Candidate requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent rapport-building abilities
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or similar workshop management systems is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often handling multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work during weekends on a rota basis
