Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer / Prepper looking for an exciting new opportunity in Dartford, Kent? Our client, a well-established family-run accident repair workshop, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join their dedicated team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality results and want to work in a positive, supportive environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Paint Sprayer / Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, applying top-quality finishes, and ensuring vehicles meet industry standards. Your key duties will include preparing vehicle surfaces, matching and mixing paint, applying primer and coats, polishing, and conducting final quality inspections. Working on a wide range of makes and models, you will collaborate closely with a talented team to achieve outstanding customer results.

Your main duties as a Paint Sprayer / Prepper will include:
  • Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
  • You will mix and match paints to specification, apply primer and topcoats with precision, polish finished vehicles to a high standard, and perform quality checks.
  • You will work with modern equipment and a variety of models to deliver consistent, quality work.
Candidate requirements for this Paint Sprayer / Prepper role:

The ideal Paint Sprayer / Prepper will possess proven experience within a crash repair or accident repair environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent knowledge of modern paint application techniques, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential.
