Our client, a well-established family-run accident repair workshop, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join their dedicated team. As a Paint Sprayer / Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, applying top-quality finishes, and ensuring vehicles meet industry standards. Your key duties will include preparing vehicle surfaces, matching and mixing paint, applying primer and coats, polishing, and conducting final quality inspections. Working on a wide range of makes and models, you will collaborate closely with a talented team to achieve outstanding customer results.

- Competitive hourly rate of £18 to £22 per hour DOE
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with no weekend work

The ideal Paint Sprayer / Prepper will possess proven experience within a crash repair or accident repair environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent knowledge of modern paint application techniques, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential.
