We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our clients main dealership team. This is a great opportunity to work with a professional team of experts, manage customer relationships, and contribute to the dealership’s success.
 
Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:
  • Up To £34,000 Basic Salary + £400 Month Bonus Potential
  • Working hours: 7.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday morning per month
  • Well-established Main Car Dealership environment 
  • Main Dealer Service Advisor experience necessary 
  • Fantastic Dealer Group benefits
Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and advice
  • Utilise Kerridge Drive and RCT systems to process service documentation accurately
  • Manage service bookings, customer communications, and vehicle updates
  • Ensure compliance with dealership standards and customer satisfaction goals
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with Kerridge Drive and RCT systems
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Valid UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK
