Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to advance your career within a prestigious dealership environment?

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded franchised car dealership in Brighton for the role of a Service Advisor. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a renowned brand known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Benefits of the Service Advisor role:
  • Competitive basic salary of £29,500 per annum, negotiable based on experience
  • Uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of up to £35,000
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM
  • One in four Saturday mornings from 8:00AM to 1:00PM (retail work only, no workshop technicians involved)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with additional holiday entitlement based on service length

Duties of the Service Advisor role:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service maintaining high standards and professionalism
  • Manage service bookings efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Upsell service plans, warranties, and additional customer needs.
  • Handle paperwork processing and auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business
  • Drive sales and profit growth through effective communication and upselling
  • Uphold the dealership’s professional image and uphold quality standards
Requirements for the Service Advisor role:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a prestige or franchised dealership is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
  • A professional and friendly approach to customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Basic Motor Trade knowledge and sales capabilities
  • Familiarity with Power DMS and RTC systems is advantageous
  • Motivated to develop within the automotive industry and achieve targets
