As a Bodyshop Training & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for covering the region and meeting with existing and new customers within the motor trade to supply high quality components and consumables and spread the word about the company's products and services.

They are seeking customer focused personalities with strong communications skills and the ability to sell specialist products, whilst having the technical ability to use bodyshop based products to undertake demonstrations, alongside the ability to train operatives how to use their products. You’ll be meeting with both accident repair specialists, building long term relationships to ensure clients return to you!

- Discuss the customers' needs and the features of different products and services with sound knowledge, and providing demonstrations & training of products.
- Supporting selling of products & consumables to customers.
- Experience within the Vehicle Accident Repair Industry
- A Full UK Driving Licence – preferably with less than 6 points.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to deliver training demonstrations
- Motivated & driven personality with desire to exceed targets.
- Right to Live and Work in the UK
