As Aftersales Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the Service Department to achieve volume and profit targets
- Drive productivity and performance across the department
- Review sales and operational performance, agreeing clear actions for improvement
- Identify new opportunities to innovate and enhance all areas of the business
- Motivate, coach and develop your team in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Has a proven track record in Aftersales leadership
- Is enthusiastic, self-motivated and commercially driven
- Demonstrates strong leadership and people development skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Aftersales Manager
