Key duties of the Parts Advisor role:
  • Providing expert advice and excellent customer service to both trade and retail customers

  • Maintaining records and updating relevant systems to ensure accuracy
Requirements for the Parts Advisor role:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and parts systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bi-lingual German speaking is essential
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
