An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Luxury Car Sales Executive to join a fast-growing prestige car dealership in Coventry.
This role is ideal for an ambitious and experienced automotive sales professional who thrives in a high-volume, high-value environment and enjoys working with premium vehicles and discerning customers.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales process, delivering a premium customer experience, and consistently achieving strong monthly sales performance.

- Manage customer enquiries from multiple channels including showroom walk-ins, online leads, marketing campaigns, and platforms such as Auto Trader Group and Carwow
- Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience to every customer
- Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Negotiate sales and close deals efficiently
- Maintain strong product knowledge across the dealership’s luxury vehicle stock
- Complete all required sales administration and compliance documentation
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Previous Car Sales Executive experience (prestige or luxury experience preferred)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Professional presentation suitable for a luxury showroom environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and driven to maximise earnings
- Full UK driving licence
