Duties:
  • Manage and oversee the parts department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and order parts efficiently to meet workshop demands
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues to facilitate smooth operations
  • Assist with pricing strategy and promotional activities for parts sales
  • Ensure accurate parts inventory control and manage stock rotations
  • Support the wider workshop and sales team with expert parts advice
Candidate requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager, or Parts Advisor within a motor trade environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Good understanding of automotive parts inventory systems
  • A proactive approach with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
