Are you an experienced and highly skilled Estimator or Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) seeking a new challenge? We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior ATA Estimator / VDA to join a well-established team at a leading collision repair centre in Hayes, Greater London. Duties of the Senior ATA Estimator / VDA:
  • Assessing vehicle damage accurately and efficiently to provide precise repair estimates
  • Utilising Audatex and GT Motive to generate accurate valuations
  • Communicating effectively with customers, insurers, and repair teams
  • Ensuring repair estimates comply with company standards and audit procedures
  • Managing multiple job assessments while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and upholding customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining detailed and organised records of all assessments and communications
Requirements of the Senior ATA Estimator / VDA:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator or VDA within the automotive repair industry
  • ATA qualified or working towards ATA certification (Senior level preferred)
  • Proficiency with Audatex and GT Motive estimating platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Live within 20 miles of Hayes, Greater London, for ease of travel
  • Demonstrable commitment to quality and customer service
