- Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles with an emphasis on performance models
- Servicing vehicles and performing complex repairs to meet manufacturers’ standards
- Mentoring junior technicians and assisting in training development
- Ensuring vehicle repairs are completed to a high standard and within target times
- Keeping detailed records of work undertaken and parts used
- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with a background in performance or luxury vehicles
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent qualification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, hardworking, with a positive attitude and good sense of humour
- Willingness to develop technical skills and undertake further training
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Possess a proactive approach to technical challenges and customer service
- Reliable with a professional approach to work
