An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join a busy and growing automotive dealership in Erdington, Birmingham. This role is perfect for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is motivated by achieving results and earning uncapped commission.

About this Car Sales Executive Role:
As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting your wider team to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities as a Used Car Sales Executive:
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve team and dealership targets
  • Delivering a professional and customer-focused experience at every stage.
Experienced Required for this Used Car Sales Executive role: 
  • At least 2 years’ experience in automotive sales
  • Self-motivated with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade in a professional manner
  • A team player who can also work independently to achieve targets
