- Qualify service needs and identify vehicle problems with competence
- Explain work required on vehicles clearly to customers and obtain their authorisation
- Manage workshop loading systems accurately in line with workshop capacity
- Oversee loan vehicle handovers and administration processes
- Maintain correct documentation and update relevant systems with accuracy
- Ensure adherence to manufacturer service standards and protocols
- Follow all health and safety policies and working standards
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills with a professional manner
- Competence in numeracy, literacy, and IT systems
- Ability to handle a high-volume workload efficiently
- Knowledge of dealership management systems such as Pinnacle or equivalent is desirable
- Previous experience working in a retail dealership environment
