Are you a skilled MET Technician looking for a rewarding opportunity in Colchester, Essex? Our client, a reputable and well-established vehicle repair centre, is seeking an experienced MET Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to work within a busy workshop environment with varied and interesting work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MET / Auto Electrician work and be committed to delivering high standards of service.

Duties:
  • Service and repair of commercial and domestic vehicles with a focus on MET / Auto Electrician tasks
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues efficiently and accurately
  • Using modern equipment and tools to complete repairs to a high standard
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
  • Keeping workshop clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a MET Technician or auto electrician within a busy workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of current automotive technology and systems
