Senior Master Technician and MOT Tester
  • Location: Worcester
  • Salary: Up to £40,000 basic (DOE) + Overtime & Bonus
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, plus 1-in-3 Saturdays.
A leading Main Dealership in Worcester is looking for an experienced Senior Master Technician to join their busy workshop team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled technician to work on a range of modern vehicles while enjoying excellent pay, bonuses, and career progression.

We are looking for someone who is fully qualified to Senior/Master Technician level, with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. All senior-level qualified Technicians are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities as a Master Technician:
  • Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
  • Lead technical projects within the workshop and support junior technicians
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship to main dealer standards
  • Advise service advisors and customers on technical issues and solutions
  • Maximise upsell opportunities on repairs and parts
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and work performed
Requirements of the Master Technician:
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Current MOT Licence
  • Strong diagnostic skills and experience with modern vehicles
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
