  • Pay: £20K Basic with £42K Realistic OTE
  • Hours: 6 Days per week

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established used car dealership in Croydon for a Car Sales Executive to join their expanding team. Duties as a Car Sales Executive
  • Managing the full end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face in the showroom
  • Providing expert advice to customers to match their needs with suitable vehicles
  • Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features and benefits
  • Preparing and completing documentation, including finance paperwork and warranties
  • Upselling warranty packages and optional extras where appropriate
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service to promote repeat business and referrals
Requirements needed as a Car Sales Executive:
  • Previous experience in car sales within the motor trade is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred
