Our client, a well-established and reputable company in the South East, is currently recruiting for an experienced Bodyshop Operative to join their professional team. This position is ideal for multi skilled technicians eager to expand their expertise while working within a friendly and supportive environment.

  • Competitive hourly rate of £24 per hour
  • Average of 45 hours per week, with occasional overtime on Saturdays paid as overtime
  • Monday to Friday working schedule starting at 7.30am

Duties as a Bodyshop Operative will include:

  • Carrying out a range of bodyshop repairs, including panel, paint, and electrical work
  • Ensuring all work is completed to high standards and within specified timeframes
  • Diagnosing and fixing electrical issues related to vehicle electrical systems
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in line with company standards
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workshop operation
  • Offering excellent customer service through quality workmanship

Requirements needed for the Bodyshop Operative role:

  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Operative, with knowledge in MET, Panel, or Paint areas
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Good organisation and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime, including Saturdays
  • Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential
