Are you an experienced sales professional seeking a dynamic role within the automotive sector? Our client is currently recruiting for a Minibus and Private Hire Sales Executive to join their specialised team in Bournemouth.

The role offers Monday to Friday working hours, no weekend work, and a supportive team environment. Furthermore, there is the flexibility to earn uncapped commission, with an OTE of up to £55,000.

Duties

As a Minibus and Private Hire Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships within the education and care sectors. Your core responsibilities will include promoting minibuses for school and care home transport, managing customer visits across the UK, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. You will also handle administrative aspects of sales and liaise closely with the sales team and management to achieve and exceed targets.

Candidate spec

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience within the motor trade or a transferable sales background from a related sector. Full UK driving licence is essential, with a preference for candidates who hold or are prepared to obtain a D1 CPC licence for vehicle operation. Strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build rapport with clients are fundamental. Candidates should be comfortable with some travel throughout the UK and possess a motivated, target-driven mindset.
