  • Salary: £16,000 + future commission potential
  • Contract: Full-time apprenticeship (12 to 15 months)
  • Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

Phase 1: Learn the Foundations

  • Search for top talent using CV databases
  • Write job adverts that actually attract the right candidates
  • Speak with job seekers and clients via phone and email
  • Build your understanding of recruitment and the motor trade

Phase 2: Step Into the Role (around months 9 to 12)

  • Work closely with an experienced recruiter
  • Speak directly with candidates and match them to roles
  • Build relationships with clients and support their hiring needs
  • Manage the recruitment process from application through to offer

Apprenticeship Criteria
