Car Sales Executive – Malvern
  • Location: Malvern (relocating to Worcester mid-year)
  • Salary: OTE £50,000+
  • Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm (with one day off every other week), Saturdays: 8:45am – 5:30pm, Sundays: Ad-hoc events only
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a long-established, family-run dealership in Malvern.

This role is about more than just selling cars — it’s about delivering a first-class customer experience and representing a trusted local brand. You’ll guide customers through the full buying journey, from initial enquiry to handover and beyond.

The position will initially be based in Malvern before relocating to a brand-new, state-of-the-art multi-franchise site in Worcester, offering increased footfall, a larger stock pool, and even greater earning potential.

Key Responsibilities as a Car Sales Executive will include:
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Arrange and accompany test drives
  • Negotiate and structure deals in line with company standards
  • Present and sell Finance & Insurance (F&I) products
  • Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience
Requirements that the Car Sales Executive will need:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in new and used car sales
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of customer service and manufacturer standards
  • Experience with Motability and F&I (preferred but not essential)
  • Professional, personable, and confident communicator
  • Self-motivated with strong commercial awareness
  • High attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
