Car Sales Executive Required in Bromley For Car Dealership 
Pay:
£24k Basic - £50k Realistic OTE

Duties

  • Guide customers through a seamless car buying experience, from initial greeting to vehicle handover
  • Actively prospect for new customers through calls, attending events, and maintaining an up-to-date enquiry database
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and keep skills sharp through manufacturer-led training sessions
  • Suggest relevant add-on products that meet customer needs and preferences
  • Use customer enquiry management systems effectively for follow-ups and sales tracking
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that encourages loyalty and referrals
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to grow repeat and referral business
Candidate specification

  • Previous experience in car sales, retail, or customer service roles capable of achieving targets
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, focused on understanding customer needs
  • Valid UK driving licence is essential
  • Driven, customer-focused, with a genuine interest in helping clients find the right vehicle
