Our Client, a busy Vehicle Rental Company Accident Repair Centre with a well established reputation within the long term rental market across the United Kingdom, with a fleet of over 3,500 vehicles are seeking a Bodyshop Manager/VDA to join their team.

As a Bodyshop Manager/VDA; you will lead the workshop team, to assist in the repair of cars & vans less than 6 months old. They have a dedicated workshop for all accident repairs on their own vehicle fleet which is fully equipped with the latest technology. 

Our client is a Member of the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association, and provides a relaxed, friendly and flexible working environment.

Whether you are an experienced Estimator seeking a move to management or an experience accident repair manager our Client would like to hear from you!

Duties of a Bodyshop Manager/VDA:
  • Use of Audatex to create accurate and detailed Estimates
  • Pricing up jobs
  • Photographing damaged vehicles
  • Liaise with both Insurance companies and rental customers
  • Ensure the quality of work output from workshop is to company standard
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are being followed
  • Daily management of workshop diary
