Customer Bookings Advisor / Service Administrator Required in Epsom for Car Dealership
  • Pay: £30k Basic - £38k OTE 
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota basis paid at overtime

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Bookings Advisor to join a busy dealership in Epsom. As a Customer Bookings Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding their service appointments, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Your role will involve handling bookings, liaising with service teams, and providing outstanding support to customers over the phone and in person.

What's On Offer?
  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
  • Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of approximately £38,000 including bonuses and service plan sales
  • Working hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
  • One in four Saturday mornings, paid at overtime rates
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, totalling 33 days off annually
  • Ongoing training to develop your IT systems knowledge and customer service skills

Duties as a Customer Bookings Advisor will include:
  • Managing customer bookings efficiently and accurately
  • Providing excellent customer care both face-to-face and over the telephone
  • Promoting additional services and service plan sales to maximise income
  • Updating and maintaining customer records within dealership IT systems
  • Liaising with technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
Requirements that the Customer Bookings Advisor will need:
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, ideally within automotive or telesales roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Confident with IT systems, with training provided if needed
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused attitude and a positive, professional manner
