- Position: Customer Service Manager / Front of House Manager
- Location: Daventry
- Basic Salary: £34,000 + Bonus
- OTE: £37,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday only, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Supportive Management Team
This is a key position within the business, responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operation, coordinating workflow, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from first contact through to vehicle return.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Manager will include:
- Manage the front-of-house team and day-to-day customer service operations
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, insurers, and work providers
- Plan and coordinate driver runs (vehicle collection & delivery)
- Manage the workshop diary, booking in repairs and organising workflow
- Handle general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the site
- Work closely with the Bodyshop team to monitor repair progress
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
- Previous experience in an Accident Repair Centre or automotive environment
- Experience in a senior service, customer service, or front-of-house role
- Familiarity with AutoFlow (or similar bodyshop/claims management systems)
- Good understanding of insurance claims processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules and driver runs
- Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
