Mobile Vehicle Technician required for Family Run Mobile on Site Service Provider - based around Crawley / West Sussex

Pay:  Up to £40k Basic + £5k Bonus + Van 
Hours: 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota Join our team as a Mobile Vehicle Technician and take on a dynamic and rewarding role working within a family-run mobile on-site service provider. Based around Crawley in West Sussex, this opportunity is ideal for skilled mechanics and technicians looking for a mobile position with excellent earning potential and career progression.

Benefits

  • Up to £40,000 basic salary with a £5,000 performance bonus and a company van
  • Overtime earning potential taking earnings to approximately £45,000 per year
  • Chartered company van, tools, and all necessary equipment provided
  • Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • One in three Saturday mornings on a rota basis
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Opportunity to work in a well-established mobile service environment with a reputable company
Duties

  • Conduct planned maintenance, interim, and full servicing on cars and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
  • Perform safety inspections such as the 52-point safety check
  • Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults on-site using the latest diagnostics equipment
  • Keep clients satisfied by delivering high standards of service and maintenance
  • Manage vehicle repairs efficiently at various customer locations across Crawley and surrounding areas
  • Maintain a professional appearance, including wearing company uniform and driving a branded van
Candidate spec

  • Fully qualified Mobile Mechanic or Technician with relevant experience
  • Proven track record in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with modern vehicle systems
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
  • Able to work independently in a mobile environment
  • Valid UK driving licence and experience driving vans
