Vehicle Technician Required in Farnham, Surrey for Car Dealership
  • Pay: £32,000 - £35,000 Basic DOE + £10k OTE 
  • Hours: 8.30 - 5pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota paid at time and half 
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, a well-established car dealership located in Farnham, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals looking to enhance their career within a reputable dealership environment.

  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

  • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis, paid at time and a half

Duties:
  • Servicing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards
  • Diagnosing automotive issues efficiently and accurately
  • Carrying out repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Conducting pre-MOT inspections and minor repairs
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate service records
  • Ensuring work is completed within specified timeframes
  • Assisting colleagues to maintain workshop efficiency and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy dealership or independent garage
  • Relevant automotive qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, BTEC)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail and craftsmanship
