Duties Of The Aftersales Manager:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Coach, motivate, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and apprentices to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee departmental financials, working closely with senior management to meet profitability targets
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer and industry standards
- Drive performance, foster a positive team culture, and ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority
- Take responsibility for delivering a seamless and professional aftersales experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within a dealership environment
- Ability to manage and lead a diverse team effectively
- Strong customer service skills and commercial awareness
- Analytical mindset with attention to compliance and operational standards
