Vehicle Technician required in Exmouth for an Independent Service Centre

Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician looking to join a reputable independent service centre in Exmouth? We are currently recruiting a talented Vehicle Technician to become part of a friendly and supportive team. If you have experience in servicing, diagnostics, and light repairs, this role offers the opportunity you have been seeking with a well-established business that has been serving the local community for nearly 40 years.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Diagnosing faults and establishing necessary repairs or maintenance
  • Conducting routine servicing and light repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Performing MOT testing in line with DVSA standards
  • Road testing vehicles to ensure quality and safety
  • Handling parts efficiently and responsibly
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical advice to clients
 Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with skills in diagnostics and repairs
  • MOT licence is desirable but not essential
  • Experience with vehicle servicing and light repair work
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, ideally with good organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy environment
  • No formal qualification necessary, but relevant experience is highly valued
