My client is a well-established and trusted recovery and repair provider with a strong reputation in the roadside assistance sector. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking for a Roadside Technician to take ownership of their Milton Keynes patch.
Hours are worked between 06:00 and 02:00, meaning you may be required to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential for this role, rewarded with a highly competitive package and strong earning potential. Overtime is always available and paid.
Key Roadside Technician Responsibilities:
- Attend vehicle breakdowns and provide efficient roadside assistance
- Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical, electrical, and technical repairs
- Deliver a high level of customer service, acting as a brand ambassador
- Manage your own workload and maintain your company vehicle and equipment
- Complete accurate job reports and documentation

Roadside Technician Requirements:
- Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
